After successfully getting my HKID scanned (which took forever), it fails to submit the details.
who else is experiencing the error code 0040 when scanning the id card
Couldbt download. Just kep on pending for a week already. Why?
Pathetic...!! Says invalid everytime I scan my ID and when go to the store unhelpful store staff !!!!! When call customer service, they seem clueless.....what a joke. !!
